Leak-stained walls and ceilings in North Dallas opened up, dried out, and rebuilt so the damage — and the story — disappears.
Water finds drywall in North Dallas the same few ways over and over: an attic air handler dripping over a hallway, a second-story bathroom sending a ring through the ceiling below, a slow supply-line leak wicking up a wall from the baseboard. The stain you see is the end of the story. Our job starts with making sure the chapter before it is actually closed.
We do not seal water damage in. Wet or previously soaked board gets opened up so the cavity can be checked and dried, because paint over a damp cavity is how a stain turns into a bigger problem later. Once everything behind the wall is dry and the source is fixed, we cut back to clean board, rebuild, and match the finish.
If a plumber or roofer has already handled the leak, we pick it up from there. If you have not found the source yet, we will tell you honestly what the damage pattern suggests before any drywall work starts.
Fix the leak — plumber, roofer, or HVAC tech. Drywall repair over an active leak is money thrown away, and we will say so.
A photo of the stain or bubbled area tells us most of what we need. We come back with a straight price.
Damaged board comes out, the cavity gets verified dry, new board goes in, and the texture gets matched so the ceiling or wall reads original.

Our pricing starts at $300 for any job, however small. Beyond that it depends on the size of the damage, the texture that has to be matched, and how many coats the finish needs. Text a photo to (972) 469-5046 for a free virtual estimate and we will give you a real number, not a placeholder range.
Virtual estimates are free — text or email a photo and we will come back with a real number, no charge and no obligation. In-person estimates are $100, credited back against your job when you book with us. For most repairs a clear photo is all we need.

Two usual reasons: the leak is still alive, or the stain was never sealed with a stain-blocking primer before painting. Water stains bleed through ordinary paint. If the board is dry and sound, priming correctly fixes it. If it is damp, the source is still active and painting is just redecorating the problem.
Firm, fully dried board with an intact paper face can often be primed and repainted. Board that is soft, swollen, sagging, or growing anything comes out. We tell you which one you have before work starts — the honest answer is sometimes the cheaper one.
